PINOS AID is a non-profit organisation based in Australia, founded in response to a God-given calling to help people in need through practical support, compassion, and long-term community development. The name PINOS AID stands for People In Need Overseas Aid in International Development, reflecting the heart of the organisation and its commitment to serving communities beyond Australia through meaningful, people-first action.

Vision
For communities to thrive and fulfil their potential and mandate.
Mission
To transform communities in a sustainable way among the poorest of the poor communities together with their local government units by challenging their mindsets, building their capacities, and utilising their existing community assets.
Purpose
To relieve poverty, suffering, distress, and misfortune in developing communities, conduct development programs that improve quality of life, and provide disaster relief and support to communities in need.
How we support communities
Our work is delivered across three core areas designed to meet urgent needs while building long-term strength and self-reliance.
International Development
We support communities through long-term initiatives that address the root causes of poverty, including micro-enterprise financing, business training, and health education.
International Relief
When disaster strikes, we provide urgent assistance to communities in crisis, including food, essential supplies, and emergency shelter in coordination with local authorities.
International Welfare
We assist people in necessitous circumstances by establishing cooperatives, drilling and repairing wells for safe water access, and supporting local welfare programs.
Where we work
We currently highlight our work in the Philippines and Vietnam, where we partner with local communities and authorities to deliver sustainable, community-led support and practical relief where it is needed most.

Itanglew Model Community Project
The Itanglew Model Community Project represents a long-term approach to community development, supporting people through practical initiatives that strengthen education, wellbeing, livelihood, and community life.
